  Warning ⚠️. Watch out for the tip. If you do the pay and play deal they get you on tip and fine print. As for the TIP the tip is on the whole amount of game play,food,and tax! We had less than $60 on food but the tip came to $36.57 when selecting 18%. Set you own for the cost of food. It is a ripoff for the guest, but the server must be making a KILLING! As for the unlimited play it is only on certain games. Just saying..

  We had such an amazing experience at Dave & Buster's! From the moment we walked in, everything was fun, upbeat, and well organized. The games were working great, the atmosphere was clean, and the food was actually really good. It made for the perfect night out. What truly made the experience stand out was the manager, Dalton. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that everything ran smoothly. He was professional, friendly, and clearly cares about customer experience. You don’t always see management that involved, and it made a big difference. We’ll definitely be back!

  This was our first time eating at D&B. Upon arriving we asked for a booth,was informed it would be a hour, so we sat at a table. Our server took our order for drinks and came back 30 minutes with them. Server took our order for appetizers and left for another twenty minutes. Server came back and took our actual order for food , meanwhile appetizers weren't severed yet. So we waited another twenty minutes and a table across from a empty booth that was empty the whole time. Another server brought our actual food out (no appetizer) . I informed her that we did not want the appetizers , seeing how our food had already arrived. She said okay.. Then our original server appears again after we have our food with appetizers and pushed them on the table and leaves for another 30 minutes. We asked another server for water because we did not receive and refills on drinks after sitting there for over a hour just waiting on food. Then we needed the tip and once again our server was no where to be found. Two other servers went to look for our server to let her know and she came 30 minutes after that. Included her own tip of 18% on the tablet for service she did not give. Your other servers seem frustrated with having to pick up the slack. There was no manager in site to even talk to.

  Waiting an hour for our 7pm reservation, so we didnt get seated till 8pm. Food was OK. I hot the calamari, and I'm assuming it sat for a minute because it was soggy.

  Good vibes. Out waitress, T, was great. They were a bit short staffed but the moment she walked in we were sat down and she took care of our party. The food was decent and the kids had fun of course. Would come again.
