  Dave and Buster's always make you wait so long to be seated in the dining room. The food was pretty good. Overall it was fine the kids enjoyed it and I watched a football game.

  Food was on the salty side when it came to grilled chicken sandwiches and the hamburgers. It also took almost 20-30 for someone to bring a menu. Service was slow at the front desk only one person was working the register. The place wasn't even busy on New Years Eve which was my birthday.

  Showed up with a party of 20 yes I know it was last minute and we were reasonable knowing we had to wait but when we saw the place was empty and they left us standing outside in the cold didn’t offer any tables or tell us to play while we wait they ignored us and not one time offered an apology. When I asked about the wait I got smart remarks and ignored by one of their employees and the older white man thT looked like maybe a manager passed by us and avoided even speaking to us we waited almost 2 hours to finally be seated the dining rooms empty. This was my first time and last time there and oh yeah they charged us $74 for a large party fee after we seemed like such an inconvenience our money wasn’t with almost a $600 bill. Very disappointed in their service and their employees I will say the only good employee was the waitress only one worth anything there Dave and buster please train your employees better on customer service

  This Margherita pizza at Dave & Buster’s was absolutely delicious. The crust had the perfect balance of crisp and chew, with just enough char to add depth without overpowering the flavors. The sauce was bright and well-seasoned, the cheese melted beautifully, and the fresh tomatoes added a light, juicy contrast. What really tied it together was the basil — perfectly balanced, fragrant without being overwhelming, and exactly what a great Margherita should be. Simple, balanced, and executed really well.

  Wish I could give a positive review but our experience yesterday was anything but positive. Ordered food which took extremely long to come out to find at first bite a very long light colored hair in my burger(my hair is auburn brown), took a bite and had to pull the whole burger away and the hair out of my mouth and it was hanging out one end and all the way out the other end of the burger. There's no getting around that. So, let the waitress know ofcourse. She saw it immediately and said would get it fixed. All I wanted was a fresh burger without someone's hair in it. They tell the manager and he comes around and told me "no one in the kitchen has hair"... It took 45 minutes for me to get another burger, which by that time everyone was already wanting to go play long before. The waitress and her trainee came by several times saying they didn't know why my burger was taking so long. I should have just told them to just take it off completely but instead told them to just put it in a to go container so I could take it with me to the other side and watch my kids play. Never got to eat. I wasn't looking for a hand out or anything other than what I paid for but the comment about no one even having hair in the kitchen and then the lack of urgency to fix a paying customer's food from your own issue was terrible customer service to say the least and insulting. Food was terrible, service was not good(didn't even get into that),had to wait 15 mins to be sat at a table with no wait, and manager needs some training in hospitality. Not worth our $150 bill. Won't be back.
