  It was extremely extremely extremely extremely slow and it was just really bad for business, there wasn't a single soul in there nobody come through the drive-thru, that's good there for 5 minutes before anybody ever even said hello, because everybody was in the back they were drinks on the counter like they just said it down while they were working, just because nobody goes there. It really needs to be shut down

  Christina/Christine and Kay-Kay, hope I spell their names right! Were AMAZING! The drive through service surburb. One of the persons in the car could not make up their mind. Kay-Kay walked them through the menu and helped to finalize the order. She was patient and actively listened to make sure the order was what they wanted. Best service EVER! Her manager was equally as nice and pleasant. That made the food even taste better. Ordered 2 of the $7 specials: 3 Chicken nuggets and the other the cheeseburger. The food was freshly cooked and we ordes a chili dog combo. Will be back for sure.

  I pulled up and placed my order for a medium ice cream cone, dipped. The woman didn't repeat my order or give me my total. She said pull around. Upon pulling around, the drive thru window was blocked by a parked car. After a moment the car pulled forward just enough for me to reach the window. The woman opens the window and tells me a total with a very small, poorly dipped cone in her hand. I said, "ma'am, is that a medium?" She slammed the door, opened it back up with a higher price and the same cone in her hand. Since she didn't answer my question before, I asked again, "is that a medium?" This woman immediately responds with, "Imma fix it! We all make mistakes. I'm just a human. I must have misunderstood you!" Here's the deal, I would have just purchased the smaller one at a lesser price rather than have her remake it, but she didnt respond when I asked the size the first time. Her tone and body language were very confrontational. She proceeds to hand me a cone, the right size, but it was sideways on the cone, only partially dipped, and had wet dip on it, dripping down. On highway 280, in the dead of summer, (without AC,) the last thing I had time for was an ice cream mess everywhere. I would have appreciated a decent response when I inquired about the first cone. Or even better if she had just repeated my order back and given me my total at the box, before I pulled around and had to wait on what appeared to be a personal visit blocking the windows, not a customer.

  3 pm on a Saturday, July 26 2025, and locked up with no signs. The 2 previous times there was no ice cream. No ice cream at Dairy Queen. This place needs new ownership or needs to close its doors permanently and take down the DQ sign
