  I called this location tonight with a question and Cortland went above and beyond over the phone. I came in later that night and he was just as nice in person. You just don’t get that kind of customer service these days. Thanks, Cortland!

  “Ordered” an ice cream cake, drove up only for the employee to be completely unaware of any cake. Clocked out employee “thought” they had it. Makes sense why this place has the ratings it does.

  Add another one star review to the board. Placed a mobile order and arrived to no food being ready. In fact, they did not have record of my order at all. I showed them the app and email confirmation showing the order, which was met with skepticism from the employee. I went through that for 5 minutes while she was on the phone with her boss at which time she said that I could wait in my car while they check another system. If you’re looking for convenience and fast food, then I hope you have better luck than me.
