Although my burrito bowl was loaded to the max and it was good food, this is the second day in a row where I had to wait a significant amount of time for service, where employees just looked at me. The person in front of me was asking the same thing wondering where the employee that will check us out was, while other employees just walked around and ignored the situation. They were also out of chips, I asked if I could wait on some and they said no they were just out. They also did not have any forks. There was nothing but spoons, even where the forks were supposed to be. And the whole entire utensil area was messy (see picture). This establishment needs to do better. They are badly representing this chain.

Be expecting to wait at least 30 minutes longer than whatever the app says in the drive-thru. And instead of cycling cars or asking them to park you wait for every single person to get their food that is NEVER READY. I honestly have no idea what they are doing in the drive thru line but it is extremely inefficient.
