Every time I order, especially online, my chicken is severely burnt, yet it’s still served as if that’s acceptable. Burnt chicken affects both the taste and quality of the meal, and it shouldn’t be sent out to customers at all. On top of that, the food often doesn’t taste fresh, and when I come in to pick up my order, the food line area is messy and disorganized, which makes me question overall cleanliness and quality control. Chipotle used to be known for fresh, well prepared food, but this location has been missing the mark repeatedly. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves food quality, freshness, and presentation. because customers shouldn’t have to keep receiving burnt food.

The cook in the kitchen asked him if he was going to thank him for his service. I was distracted while paying the cashier, so I didn't hear everything that was said. However, I then overheard the cook tell the server to ask me if I knew what happened on September 17th, 1776. The server asked me. I told him "Sorry, I don't remember. I'm not a history buff." The cook said "Figures, she's Air Force." I grabbed my food and walked out. He was clearly disgruntled about the 1776 Bonus, but it shouldn't matter how or why I am in the military or whether he thinks I'm worthy of it or not. Keep your political opinions to yourself. The carne asada was dried out. Nothing tasted good. I will not return.
