  I visited tonight around 1015..Ordered and took food home ..Got home and started eating and the rice was not cooked it was so grainy and hard I’m very upset because I spent $15 on my meal I got double chicken and I was hardly any chicken in it and it was stringy..Very disappointed in the food

  I hate to say it but I won’t be back, I dined there daily for the last almost 5 months, enough that workers know me but tonight I waited in line for 40 min, because they messed up someone’s order before me, when I asked could anything be done about my order they said no it’s not their fault I had to wait (young male) I said okay and continued my order when it came to placing the finishing touches he stops and and left for another 3 min, I literally walked out because what!? I hate that because I’ve spent hundreds there normally with the day shift but I will never be back..if you eat here go during the day when the manager Necia is there, if not be prepared for lousy service.

  I pick up dinner for the family with my son atleast once a week from this store. The staff is always friendly and welcoming especially with my son while he tells them his order. The food is always cooked well and if they are out of something they are quick to get some more cooked up. I travel for work and eat at chipotles across the southeast. This is by far one of the best I have eaten at.

  I ordered my food through DoorDash when I arrived I noticed a manager was still making my order I asked could she please add extra vegetables to my burrito she screamed at me that she can only make it like it’s printed on the receipt and that I should of asked for extra vegetables on the DoorDash app I told her DoorDash don’t give you that option I told her I ordered several times and I never seen that option she got visibly upset and questioned me and said you calling me a liar I was so confused on why she was being so mean I was lost for words I was like Well? She proceeded to ball my burrito up and Ordered me out the store I did absolutely nothing wrong I asked could she canceled my order so I could get a refund with DoorDash she got even madder I called DoorDash support to inform them of the situation she called the police on me I waited there because I didn’t do anything wrong nor illegal I remain polite the whole entire situation all of this because I asked for extra vegetables on a burrito I couldn’t believe this she asked the police to Banned me I didn’t break any laws or disrespect her this is how Chipotle let management treat their customers 😢

  This location has just continued to disappoint me. Today when I was asked for phone verification without even asking a name, hello, pleasantries I asked about the policy and was met with more rudeness and yelling and screaming from a woman named Lisa in a hairnet on the floor who continue to berate me, I showed her my phone continually asking about the policy, which she yelled at me about her losing $400 in the store in the last month. Weil, I’m sorry this happened. I don’t think that customer should be treated like criminals and I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location again after being treated in such a horrific manner. She was more than happy to lose my business and continue treating me absolutely like trash
