We usually receive great service and food from this location, however today my husband and I visited to have lunch but were totally ignored by the staff while we stood in line to place our orders. I’m totally disappointed and will take my money and appetite to another establishment where my presence is appreciated.

I love Cava, they have great options for getting in my calories and eating healthy. Chipotlay(lol) ain't got nothing on Cava!

I hate that I ever walked into this location and spent a dime. The dinning area is nasty, tables dirty, trash on the floor, and drink machine area is sticky with spilled drink/juice. This was my 2nd visit actually. Both times was pretty much vacant. So no reason for the restaurant to be dirty since it was not busy. The young ladies behind the counter had the worst attitudes and lack of customer service. The meats were low and the guy came from the kitchen and refilled the meat from plastic bags!!!!! I had no business knowing that the meat comes from bags and not cooked fresh. I will drive to Hoover location from now on. The management needs to be replaced so that there can be some order, cleanliness, and decorum.

Perhaps this is a one off. We arrived to an almost empty store with unfortunately Uber eat orders making a chaotic environment. We ended up with the completely wrong bowl. It went like this: what would you like, I'll take a Greek bowl, 5 minutes later after 4 carry-outs inserted they ask what would you like again. Well we ordered a Greek bowl was that made? No would you like a Greek bowl. Great we also want another bowl. Okay so three bowls? No just one Greek bowl. Well we made two. I asked why and was told you asked for them. Okay now there are ppl in line so damnit I guess we will just eat a second Greek bowl. Food was good but come on if under eats is more important than customers standing in front of you then just close the doors and only do Uber eats. Perhaps a one off, but I do not plan to ever come back. Just not worth the possible hassle. I tossed part of that bowl it's just not for me. Btw it's very spicy. I believe they would have made a new bowl if I pushed but people were already staring and it was quite uncomfortable

No misses with CAVA! I ordered a grains bowl with brown rice, half chicken and half grilled steak, plus red pepper hummus, tzatziki, fire roasted corn, pickled onions, feta, avocado, and both Greek vinaigrette & garlic dressing. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. The portions were filling and the quality matched the price — definitely decent for what you get.
Service was smooth and friendly, and my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. Overall, a solid spot for a quick but satisfying meal that still feels on the healthier side.
