  I ordered lambchops on Uber Eats and was SO disappointed with my entire meal. I asked for pink center and they came RAW! The broccolini was charred and inedible, the pasta overcooked and cold. The only thing worth eating was the tiramisu. For the price of $70, I expected so much more from them. I do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone!

  Man Give Michael a Raise great customer service. I’ve seen people like Micheal in my lifetime only a few times. Probably one of the best Servers I’ve seen in my life!!!! Big Shoutout to Michael STRAIGHT UP!!

  We placed a pickup order last night, on Valentine’s Day. We know this is a huge day for the restaurant, so we definitely kept that in mind and tried to be reasonable. Our pickup order was 30 minutes behind schedule, which was definitely annoying, but I do feel like there was room for improvement. The 3 people at the front when you walk in were very lost and not doing a good job. It would’ve made our experience a lot better if they were simply more efficient and prepared for this night. I’m giving 4 stars because the food was absolutely amazing and because a manager reached out to me and provided excellent customer service after the fact.

  Went in today for valentine's day lunch with my hubs and had the best service ever. Caleb is the best! Great personality, engaging with customers and checking in making sure we were taken care of. I work in the service industry as well and wish my resturant could borrow Caleb for a week to show how to properly take care of guests. The food was amazing as well and everyone else was so wonderful on a busy day. Great job guys!

  We had an amazing experience at Carrabba’s, and a huge part of that was our incredible server, Tristian. He truly went above and beyond — so observant, kind, and thoughtful throughout the entire meal. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, which made the experience feel extra special. He also told us about their upcoming wine tasting experiences, and wow… I wish I was in town for those because they sound absolutely amazing! 🍷 The food was incredible as always — one of the things I love most about Carrabba’s is how consistently good everything is. And of course, I had my favorite tiramisu to finish the night… perfection every time. I’ll definitely be back, and I just want to say thank you again to Tristian for making our visit such a great one. Outstanding service all around
