Hate to be negative since the diners around me were obviously enjoying their lunch. I understand that the majority of your customers order the crazy named sushi rolls, and with all the ingredients in them hides the fact
I ordered nigiri, 1st the sushimeshi “this is the vinegar rice” is way way off, it’s not that hard to make correctly. 2nd, learn how to properly cut the pieces of food which lays on top, google is your friend. If the osushi ingredients are not fresh, throw them away, please don’t serve it to me. Please put more ginger on my plate, and don’t serve it to me in a bowl.
I understand nigiri is not your money maker, but you have it on the menu, then make a little more effort

Danielle at Blue Sushi Sake Grill was absolutely amazing. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. Her energy was upbeat, professional, and genuinely friendly — you can tell she really enjoys what she does.
She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and helped us try a couple rolls and sake options we probably wouldn’t have picked on our own — and they were incredible. She was attentive without hovering, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out perfectly timed.
It’s rare to get service that actually elevates the whole dining experience, but Danielle did exactly that. If you’re going to Blue Sushi, definitely ask for her. We’ll be back for sure!

Excellent food, great service! Perfectly seasoned appetizers. Steaming hot flavorful miso soup, perfect for cold evening. Alvin was a very kind, professional, efficient server. Even as busy as he was, he checked in with us often and asked if we needed anything. We were so pleased with everything, definitely coming back more often. Hoping the manager will give him plenty of shifts and allow him to train new servers. Very pleasant, kind, hatd working young man.

We visited Blue Sushi Sake Grill for the first time, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was incredible, and our waiter, Satori, made the experience even better. She knew the menu inside and out and took the time to explain the sushi in great detail. Even though it was a very crowded night, she was attentive and never made us feel rushed. Her thoughtful recommendations were spot on. We’ll definitely be back!

This was the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to! The food was fresh, the service was fast, and the hospitality was unmatched. Satori was our server, and even though it was incredibly busy, she still made sure everything was perfect! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Highly recommend asking for her whenever yall come in!
