    I just left there I ask for arbys sauce they said it's in the bag get home theres no sauce

    These people are very rude and the food quality is horrible. It's very sloppy. The managers are no different. They scream at you if you ask them to repeat themselves in drive-thru. They get very sarcastic at the window. And just like other restaurants, McDonald's and Burger King in Birmingham they are smoking pot because you can smell it out the window. I have even ordered a salad before the last visit and it was a wilted and brown. I asked them to remake it with fresh vegetables. The manager replied "I haven't even had my meds yet, I don't have time for this". I politely replied "you can go take your meds I have time to wait" she proceeded to sling the food at me. I even visited a couple more times. The food is just nasty in this location. I wonder if the cameras are even reviewed at what they do there. I haven't been back in months to this store and will not go back.

    1/16/26 12:46 AM . I waited at the speaker for over 5 mins and finally drove to the drive thru window, employee walked away and hid in the back. I placed my order online and requested to cancel after seeing this type of behavior I was afraid to even ask for my food. No professional or human decency in this economy you should greet every customer with kindness.

    I have nothing to say about this place except absolutely delicious!!! Everytime I have been here my food has always been A1 all the way across the board including the service.
