This wasn’t the first time I had TRIED to purchase food at this location! The employees are busy entertaining each other. I sat behind a white truck, what felt like forever. The truck was there when I got in-line ,after it waited forever too, it just left.i tried to place my order but it was so loud in the restaurant I had to keep repeating, but finally she said she had my order. Then I got to where one pays and picks up order, there was one customer in front of me that was waiting and waiting! By now I realized I did want any food from this Arby’s as they are very incompetent!! So I left, went to the restaurant next door to them and ordered and got my food in less than 15 minutes. This Arby’s will not be successful with the very poor service, incompetent people that work there. There are a lot of other restaurants around where it’s located that is more efficient and better food.
