  This place SUCKS and trash. Need my money back ASAP but Noone answers the phone that is receipt. Have pic of this TRASH the food I paid $10 plus for and had to wait for, COLD food and NOT what I ordered!

  The place was clean health department score of 96... food was fresh and hot. I walked in to order and the personnel were friendly and prompt. It isn't easy to get to because of 280 traffic routing system

  A young man with a first name starting with an M..almost like a last name, was running the drive thru. We wanted 4 Pepper sauce, but he had none in pkgs. He brought our food to the car. Then went inside to get us containers of sauce. He went over and above what most young people would not do. And I agree..this is the best Arby's in Birmingham

  I visited this Arby’s yesterday evening on December 18th. I had the most simple order. #3. The French dip meal with a sprite. The gentleman gave me my meal with no Au Jus sauce so I spent nearly $17 on a dry sandwich and a large order of little pieces of curly fries. I’ve been eating at this Arby’s for over 20 years and the service has gone down the toilet. Very doubtful they’ll ever get a dime of my money ever again.

  Online advertisement says that an Arby's you get a free roast beef sandwich, but when I went by the Arby's they're only giving 10%, which why would you go and get 10% off, when you can go to Buffalo wild wings or you can go to applebee's, and the meal is completely free you can even go to Golden corral and get all you can eat buffet for absolutely free that's normally $20, but here at arby's, a regular roast beef sandwich you only get 10% off which only saves taxes... You have one day a year, only one day a year when you can give a veteran a free meal, and only one day out of the whole year and only one sandwich, and you can't even give that, when you got out of the restaurants like Golden corral giving away and all you can eat buffet for $20, or I just got finished with Buffalo wild wings, where I got a $15.99 bill for absolutely free, but Arby's one day a year can't give up a four-dollar sandwich to a veteran who fought for the country....... Only 10% to save taxes, every other restaurant is doing a lot better than that, that's a shame and because of that I won't be back at all...
