  I came into the store to order. As I placed my order I noticed the lady preparing a pizza was not wearing gloves. My spouse saw this and asked if she should be wearing gloves. The lady at the register said no. He then asked her why she had on gloves. She said because she had a cut on her hand. I ordered from this same store last year and asked for more sausage and the lady on the register stuck her bare hand in the sausage and put it in a small container. Very unsanitary and disgusting.

  I called and placed an order for delivery and provided my location, which is only about 7 minutes away. I was told my food would arrive in 45 minutes because the driver was completing another delivery.However, hours went by and my order never arrived. I received no call, no update, and no explanation. This level of service is completely unacceptable.Because of this, I did not receive my food and was left without a meal that night.

  Upon picking up my order I was greeted by the friendly staff and was made a priority once I walked in the door. I was given my food with promptness and they provided me with utensils and condiments. Upon arriving home (less than 5 mins away) I noticed one the pizzas was incorrect, I ordered a specialty medium pizza, and was given a pepperoni. I was unphased by this due to the friendliness of the staff at the establishment, and knew they would fix my order. Upon arriving they were very apologetic and immediately realized the mix up, I was allowed to keep the original mis-make, and was walking out the door with the correct pizza. 10/10 experience, everyone makes mistakes, but it’s about how you make up for it. Well done dominos. The food was great!

  How you make a Chicken Bacon Ranch with No chicken? It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make a pizza.. I don’t normally even go to this dominos and I’m glad I discovered what NOT to do anymore, but after seeing this place already has 3.1 stars I’m just here to confirm they’re all right.. lol don’t even waste your time or money. I’d rather go to green springs. Or Western Hills war zone before here

  Do NOT order from here. Why? I tried ordering from them maybe 2 weeks ago by calling, admittedly pretty late. When some guy answered I said “hey it’s really no problem if it too late, but can I put in a delivery order? He said yeah no problem! I then asked about a specific deal and he said “lemme go check” and left me on hold for 20 mins and they closed. Fine, I get it. No problem. HOWEVER, I tried to order again, this time earlier, with the app, and PAID! Guess what? The app said he was “in my neighborhood” for 10 mins until they closed and then updated to “delivered” but, you guessed it, it never was. As a former pizza delivery myself, yall suck!
