These people invite you in like attending grandma's for sunday brunch and you leave too soon awaiting the next time to come back.
- KLKate LeeMar 29, 20261.0This place is not the standard that Chick-fil-A is suppose to be. Worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever encountered. Restaurant clearly shut down everything an hour before they were suppose to close on a Saturday. Ice cream machine was “down” because they had already cleaned it, they were out of prepared chicken (filets and nuggets). The entire order screen was flashing red. None of this was explained when we ordered. After waiting 15 minutes for my chicken sandwich, I asked what was the hold up. They said they were waiting on Chicken sandwiches. I had seen multiple sandwiches get passed to the drive thru. After another 5 minutes, I asked if I could at least get our nuggets so the kids could eat. They said they were having to cook more nuggets. I could clearly see a platter of 100+ nuggets in front of a cook in the back. It was somewhat comical because I could see her filling a 50 count box. A couple minutes later, someone from the mobile pickup came to me and handed me some food and swapped the filet for nuggets so we could eat. Management at this place had walked by multiple times without communicating to any customers. Corporate needs to investigate this place because I’ve had better service at our Sonic that got shutdown for bad service.

- JJJrockMar 21, 20261.0Saw a couple of hos hitting the door to be let in with their cheeks flailing in the wind. While hos don’t feel cold and the restaurant was closed. I think it was the good Christian duty to let them hos in and baptize them with the Lord’s Chicken and the Lord’s Polynesian sauce. Those poor hos had to run through the intersection all heeled up looking for their chicken fix. For shame.
