In the meantime I’m in my car watching through the window employees standing around chatting while no customers were being waited on. I go inside and my shake is sitting there melting and a guy asked oh you’re Terry? I said yes and it’s melted but thank you. I get to my car and started drinking it and it’s actually an Oreo shake not chocolate. This is the 3rd issue I’ve had with this location…not the service I’m used to from Chic fi la..
