- JJJasmine jjonea2 days ago1.0Ok so the evening I come to this Chick-fil-A like I have been doing for the last 3 week coming greet they take my order so it was 10 to 15 min wait I was very patient I see a lot of teenagers working so I understand there still learning but this one lady name Matiza was very rude to the employees loud and yelling made my visit very unpleasant on this rainy day she may need a little more training on how to communicate under pressure I might just go back to the trussville location
- KFKendra Fitts3 days ago1.0They closed and opened this Chick-fil-A up they should have kept the old staff the new staff move soooo slow with no sense of urgency i waited in line 😒 for almost 15 just to get the wrong food. This Chick-fil-A need to work on their sense of urgency and and listening skills if any of the old staff see this please get back there and make Chick-fil-A great again

The mobile express lane is not express this location was slow before the remodel and the mobile express lane is slower than the prior one lane drive thru. I’ve tried at 5 different times busy and less busy and it horrible. How do you pulled up and made to wait 10 mins when you are supposed to be in the express lane?

This location has just reopened and it was my first time back, so I messed up. Solid 5 stars for the drive-thru crew!! Food was great, as always, so spotlight is on the workers today! Great job!
- RRRolandaApr 4, 20262.0I was excited that this location is back open but that excitement was short lived. The drive thru/ parking lot wasn't planned well. The customer service lacked in every way. The young ladies working the drive through were walking in front of moving cars. My order was wrong so I went to the door when I realized it. I was then told by the security officer that the lobby was closed and go back to the drive through.so basically wait again in a long line to correct my order. The line also moved slow.
