  We arrived at this location about an hour before they closed, after attending an event with our kids. The host sat us immediately, and the waitress was responsive. That was the end of the pleasantries for this visit. A runner brought out food and placed trays in front of my husband and daughter before the waitress showed him that the food belonged to another table. He took the trays back and brought them to the other table, after serving that SAME food to our table. We waited exceptionally long for our food to arrive at the table at room temperature. It wasn't hot whatsoever. It was close to closing at this point, so we didn't send our food back. One of the people in our party finished his drink to only to find a piece of chicken in his glass. It was clearly a piece of fried chicken, like a chicken tender or boneless wing. He ordered wings. He asked to speak to the manager. The manager never came to our table. After another 10-15 minutes of waiting, our friend left the table and found the manager. The manager unapologetically came to our table. He asked if the piece of chicken in the glass belonged to someone else in our party and if our friend wanted a "lil discount or something." Unbelievable! I won't return to this location. They are disorganized and unprofessional.

  There was a waiter not only kept bothering us while we were trying to eat,jumping into our conversations and butting in any chance he got, but also signed an nice tip for himself on my receipt that I didn't give. 😐 Edit: thanks you guys for looking into it 🙂

  Terrible experience! A few co workers and my self went in for lunch. We were there for an hour and a half and had to get our food to go because it took so long. The place was not busy. No excuse for this kind of time at lunch.

  If you want a big disappointment, sucky service, and cold food this place and location is for you.

  We always come to this restaurant and they have never treated us bad like today, when we first got here, the guy in the lobby was looking at us in a racist way, the waiter was looking at us like we where aliens or some kind of animal, it took them 30 minutes to bring the food, I know that it can take long if the restaurant is full but they didn’t have a lot of people, even people that got here after us got their food first, we asked for limes and sauce but when they gave it to us they threw it to the table.
