All of our drinks are flat today!" Like it was a bonus! I asked "Did I get the flat rate?" She smiled, and that was the end of that. They knew the drinks were flat and were acting like it was ok!

Kinda conflicting information. There was managers sitting at at a table that had to tell her to give me some. Do better. If this is the info you are giving your employees. Make sure the same information is in the kiosk
