As we talked to them, several revealed that they had been waiting for over an hour. There was no priority for the people in restaurant, no one manning the counter. And the girl they had running the drive through window with her bright neon green hair seemed to be more interested in her phone than she was with serving customers. I spoke with several door dashers who said they had been waiting for over an hour, and their clients were getting angry. This is completely unacceptable. To the franchise owner: this is how your franchise dies. You need to get this under control because if this keeps up, your business WILL go under.
