  This location decides when it closes… Not according to posted hours or brand standards. If you pull up to the speaker box they tell you, “we only have coffee, we can’t cook food, we don’t have any donuts place your order.”

  They are the best at this location. Always makes my drink and food correctly. Employees are very nice and friendly. Store is always very clean.

  If I could give this location no stars I would. Online they close at 6pm I would arrive at 3/4pm and completely out of donuts for the day. Please close then entire location if it’s not going to uphold the same standards as the other locations in the surrounding area.

  I travel all over the U.S. and regularly grab coffee at dunkin. This is the worst one I have been to thus far. The woman taking orders at the drive thru was snippy and just rude. I ordered 2 caramel cream frozen coffees, a bacon jam croissant, and an egg and cheese croissant. The coffee is undrinkable. It tastes like dirty water. And my croissant had bacon melted in the cheese so i was unable to eat it due to dietary issues I have with pork. I also wasn't told a total, and only saw it was almost $30 for 2 medium frozen coffees and 2 croissant, one of which I couldnt eat, when I went to see what I was charged for on my app. This store really needs a shake down and retraining.

  Had the absolutely most worst experience ever with two employees today. Today, Sunday, Feb 22nd 2026, two employees who were the only employees working were so overly extremely rude me and my sweet husband could not even get a single word out because they were talking over us both and being so rude and were trying to order for us there selves to shut us up so we could not even say one word. We were trying to say “vanilla protein iced coffee” and the lady said “mhm mhm yeah dunkalatte” and i said no, we did not say that - and she goes “yeah mhm dunkalatte is that IT?!??” and we said no, and she said well we’re short staffed and busy so when you’re finally ready let us know, and hung up the speaker. She gave us 0 time to order, wouldn’t let us speak, was making rude remarks, after we patiently waited 15 minutes at the drive thru without saying a word because she said they were short staffed. There is no reason to be rude to PEOPLE when they aren’t even being rude to you and are just patient customers??? This is intolerable and i’ve never had a worse experience at a drive thru. Also she put no vanilla in our coffees what so ever, and they were straight bitter, probably on purpose given she was just angry in general for no reason.
