  Was the only person in line waited an hour to get my food. shitty service and poor management.

  I was the second person in the drive-through line on 12/26/25 at approximately 11:40 as I’m pulling up to the window to get my food, I heard the person in front of me complaining that their drink was sour and they wanted a different one and then employees there do what they always do and act snooty and rude. When I pulled up to the window, the lady at the drive-through window was talking about it that the lady rolled her eyes at her because she wanted a new drink and then proceeded to say that her breath smelled sour. Not that it’s my business, but do you really wanna buy food from a place with people working there like that? Also, I ordered a large fry. They gave me a large container and filled it up halfway and that was it why am I paying for a large when I got a small. The quality of food here is terrible. They need to reevaluate management and the staff because that place is absolutely pathetic.

  Ordered hamburgers and fries. The burgers were ok,did not contain very much bacon like the picture on the menu shows. The fries were hot and had a decent taste. Service was friendly and pretty fast. Price was about average with everybody else.

  I placed a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru. Waited at the speaker and listened to an entire song without any acknowledgement. Lights weren't on the menu yet so I thought they might be closed. Drove around to the window, it was open and the lady with the headset had her back to me. Another worker acknowledged me, told her I had a mobile order. They asked for my name but didn't review my order. hen she was handling me the bags I repeated my order, 4 potatoes, 2 chili's and a burger. She said she was waiting for my chili's. I asked if the fixins (butter, sour cream, crackers) were in the bag? She told me they were. I get home and didn't have any of it. Dollar General was closer 😡

  Bun was hard and burger luke warm, fries cold, chicken wrap ok. Server taking order was on phone talking and taking orders at same time. Restaurant cluttered.
