  This is the worst location of Arby’s I’ve ever been to you pull up to the speaker you sit there for about three minutes they don’t say anything then they may come on and take your order or they may tell you pull around even when there’s no other cars in front of you. Food is cold just no sense of urgency pork groundskeeping that tell me this place has bad management or their employees are just overworked and underpaid. I don’t know..

  Store was dirty and they were out of the mozz sticks for the meat and three box. This place is so gross it should be shut down. Yuck

  Waited 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead of us for cold fries bay minette fast food is all like this! Do better

  Friendly, clean, polite. The only fast food joint tonight that would take my order tonight. Visited 4. McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, Hardee's... Come by Arby's, observe, and take notes.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve dealt with two different lady cashiers multiple times each within the last month and not one time have I gotten a Hi how are you or a smile or a have a good day. The three most simple bare minimum acts of good customer service And they can’t even do those. Completely ruins the entire experience every time. Last time I will eat there.Just a mean mug the entire time I was ordering And Barely a word spoken at all. There was one time I dealt with a man cashier with a beard and he was completely the opposite and had Awesome customer service.
