  Food was good service wasn't bad. Atmosphere was what you would expect for a arby's not mean but not overly friendly and they were out of arby's sauce.

  Guy at the front was obviously new- no complaints on that. Woman from the back was fussing at him. Food was made wrong. Floors were sticky, bathrooms smelled terrible. Wated iver 30 for our orders and had some people ahead of us ask for refunds.

  Absolutely horrible customer service at the counter. How can these fast food restaurants stay in business with people like this greeting and serving.

  Why does it take 23 minutes to receive food that is not even hot? What was I waiting on, the food to cool down? This is not an issue for the drive-thru cashier, the manager at the store needs to be trained to identify and respond to a bottleneck and service. The fact that I have been able to put my car in park and sit here all this time means that there is training needed immediately at this location. This is my first time here, and definitely my last. This is a fast food restaurant, I am not sure whether or not they are aware of that.
