  I had one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve ever had at the North Dean location in Auburn, AL. I ordered a drink through the app, waited 20 minutes, then pulled up to order more. The employee abruptly said their system was down over the intercom and immediately cut it off with no explanation and no apology. When I tried to ask about the drink I had already paid for, they completely ignored me. I pulled to the window and sat there while employees looked right at me and still didn’t acknowledge me for several minutes. When someone finally opened the window, she repeated that the system was down in a rude tone and tried to close it while I was talking. When I asked about my already-paid order, I was met with attitude and a look of complete annoyance, like I was the problem. I understand systems go down. That’s not the issue. The disrespect, lack of communication, and unwillingness to help is. If this is how customers are treated when something goes wrong, I won’t be back.

  After a rehearsal I "so" had a craving for a strawberry milkshake. Thankfully, Sonic in Auburn, AL was open. Let me just lay it out here that the medium strawberry milkshake I got at Sonic two nights ago was "the best strawberry milkshake I've ever had!"

  Subpar Sonic! Tried three times to understand the person on the drive-thru speaker but finally had to drive to the window to even barely begin to understand his speech. When he told me they didn't do chocolate malt milkshakes I didn't even try to order a burger and left.

  Food is consistent and service usually above average. Would recommend.
