  This was the worst McDonald’s, visually unappealing for customers, bathroom was nasty lobby floor was dirty with trash cups and napkins everywhere. Rude manger had me wait for 15mins for Stake biscuits with cheese and the they never made it she told me it would be 4 mins to cooked after I asked can I have my money back, she thought it was a good idea to count the register first because that was more important the customer. Still after waiting for her to come back, nobody in the kitchen started cook the stake at all, then the manger still had a issue with me want my money back and try to see if I will still wait after now with 20 mins for just a frappe’ no food at all this was the worst experience I had. I actually hate this company now and I won’t be eating at any McDonald’s anymore today was it did it for me.

  Rude rude rude people. They were so rude with my five year old kid asking for the kpop demon hunter meal. How in the world are you rude with a five year old girl? The lady made my daughter cried.

  Worse McDonald's in Auburn/Opelika! Rude server, no greeting no thank you and when she handed me the 2 Frapes and quickly shut the window,i had to get her attention for the Carmel ice coffee i also purchased and she looks at me like im trying scam her so she checks the screen then slowly walked to make my drink and came back and handed it to me.I said smile its not that bad is it,she just looks at me then turns an shut the window.Wow if you hate your job or serving people not your color you should find another profession girl

  Toooooooooooooooooooooo slow!!!!!!!!! Needs to training for employees to make faster working without pending soooooooo long!!! I don’t know what they are doing in Kitchen.
