  They got my order wrong. I had order 2 large pineapple mango 🥭 and 2 6pice chicken nuggets happy meal with 2 Fanta drink. They took 1hr to get my order done, they gave me 2 large fantas drink and said the smoothie machine was not working. So I said okay can you replace with 2 cokes. She gave me kids size cokes and 2 large Fanta drinks. I tried to communicate to them but they keep ignoring me, there were 4 girls waiting for there food and they gave them there order right and they gave them there pineapple smoothie drinks they had ask for. Girls restroom had pee around the toilet 2 employees where in the restroom smoking and they left without washing there hands, tables dirty. A really unprofessional restaurant

  The woman at the window tonight at 10:40pm (3/26) was so sweet! They were out of something and she was so quick to help me out! Thanks queen!

  This might be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to! Food was usual. However, the service was atrocious, the cleanliness questionable at best. Our Kiosk order took nearly 20 minutes to deliver to the table; food was cold; the attitude of staff when I asked for assistance: drink/cups, straws, sauces; when I did not receive the crocs happy meal choice (made at the Kiosk) I asked for that and was told by the service person “how am I supposed to know which is croc and which is a toy?” Slow, unprofessional, uncaring. I complained out loud I the play area while we waited and another customer said, “this is about usual for this place!”

  Used App in drive-thru for .49 cents egg mcmuffin if a second one purchased. It came up on screen 2 egg mcmuffins and sausage burrito. We got to the first window and cashier was taking orders ignoring us. The second window and waved us through. Asked for our order and seemed confused. Then came back and said they did not have our order and would need to wait 15 min to use app for the .49 mcmuffin. I asked for manager and stated we ordered it came up on outside screen, app showed it was applied. I asked for manager and explained and she just commented "I didn't take the order." I explained this was not our fault. We ordered, was confirmed on screen, paid on app and want my food. She said there was nothing she could do. I was so irritated and drove off and went to another McDonald's. The .49 never showed back up and I am out $7.60 in my account. Taking care of customers at this McDonald's is definitely not a priority! I went to the website customer care. Supposedly they are giving feedback to store. We'll that was almost 3 weeks ago. I guess McDonald's does not care about their brand to have this restaurant in business.
