  The manager Rick someone said his real name James he’s a decent worker but it’s his attitude like he rushes the worker always frustrated when I come through I even seen him throw something before and instead of being a manager he overly plays to much cussing and etc gotta do something bout that what type of management is that on s college st? Wouldn’t recommend sorry. Then everytime me and my family come there’s a long wait when he’s there

  I ordered a brownie batter frosty, 2 medium chocolate frostys, 2 large fries, and a 10 piece chicken nugget. I was then given an Oreo frosty and my 2 large fries. After sitting for a minute they come and ask if I got my 2 medium frostys and I say no and they proceed to bring me 2 small vanilla frostys and tell me the nuggets never got rung in. They didn't give a receipt so I couldn't check but after words I looked at how much I spent and it was the amount for the nuggets and 2 mediums so I ended up getting double charged on the nuggets. This severely upsets me as they had read it back to me at the speaker after I had to repeat it multiple times because the lady kept reading back the wrong thing and forgetting which items I ordered. Will not go back to this location again.

  Service was quick and courteous. Food was cold even though we started eating it right away. Hamburgers were still good but cold fries and nuggets aren't worth eating. They may be having problems with freestyle orders. Even regular coke tastes like extra flavors were added.
