  The customer service was fantastic. We encountered a problem after we ordered and talked to the manager and resolved it very quickly. This Taco Bell is under very good management and I really appreciate it. To add to it, the burrito was amazing.

  Doordash: No napkins, no utensils, no paid for extra beef, no sauce packs. Ordered 7. Crunch wrap soft. Food kinda warm. Put Doritos Taco in bag upside down. WTH. Fire them all.

  I live within walking distance from this Taco Bell, and, for the past two and a half years, I have loved having them so close by. Ever since break ended, however, I have never been able to get food from this location. I came a few weeks ago around 1am. It was extremely busy, so I waited for about 10 minutes, and then decided I should just go home. I don't blame that on the staff since they were dealing with a lot of people that night. About a week or two later, I stopped by around 10-11pm after work. They were still busy, but I was hungry, so I waited 30mins in the drive through line. It didn't move that entire time. I went to a different food place because of how long I had to sit in my car. I still chocked this up to the staff being overwhelmed, and let it go. Today, around 5:10pm, I waited in the drive through line for 15mins. There was barely anyone inside, and I was one of two cars in the drive through line. I'm not sure how long the car in front of me had waited, but I didn't see them talk to the intercom once. Two more cars that had pulled up behind me decided to leave, so I chose to do the same. I've never had any issues with this location, and I always loved it for late night food runs, but I think that some real changes need to be made. I haven't even been able to get food from them for the past month and a half, so I'm not even sure if the quality has gone down. Don't go here if you don't want to waste your time.

  My Grubhub order got stolen and the manager was able to help me get a refund through GH and still get my order!
