  I don't know her name but we went and it was an african american lady in there and was COMPLETELY rude !!! no hey , how you doing , anything . if i could give 0 stars I would because of her & her attitude .

  Incredibly rude & abrasive worker (her name is supposedly Kay, an African American lady with braids - didn’t have a name tag but told me her name). She does not need to be serving or interacting with customers whatsoever. I don’t have the time and energy to tell the whole story, but she was hostile to me and my buddy who were just trying to grab a couple subs for lunch. Every request for every ingredient or topping was met with attitude and annoyance. I even went back up to buy a couple cookies and she wouldn’t let me pick a specific one (which was literally right next to the one she grabbed), exclaiming “you get wut you get.” No thank you’s, no welcome’s. Just annoyance start to finish at having to do her job.

  This is the worst Subway. They cheat you out of meat. I ordered a footlong turkey breast with bacon last night. I caught them putting in only 5 slices of meat. When I asked the person who was preparing my sandwich how many slices go into a 6-inch sandwich, she answered 4 slices go into a 6-inch sandwich. I said if 4 slices go into a six-inch sub, it should be 8 slices for the foot-long. She looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights. Her manager, who was standing next to her, came over and told me, "You don't have to be so rude about it." Asking for what I am paying for is being rude?? This is the worst subway~!!!!

  This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a Subway! The staff was extremely rude and was obviously high on some form of drug. They were visibly annoyed when I entered, as it cut their cig break short, and to actually do their job! I showed them nothing but respect and courtesy as I was ordering, none of which was returned by this employee. It is not hard to have basic customer service skills, especially when it is what you are getting paid for! Manager, whoever you may be, if you are reading this, have a chat with your employees.
