On one occasion I had ordered on the app at 9pm went to pick it up sat in the drive thru line for 15min only to see a manager locking the doors and closing the store with multiple people in line. The reasoning they gave us was they had no food to serve. I was able to get a refund.

Waiting an hour for an order at a fast food restaurant is unacceptable. Other fast food establishments handle busy periods. There’s no excuse. All the staff need fired and the entire place revamped in every way.
