Ordered our food which was a simple order one large Caesar salad, one small Caesar salad, a large Deluxe pizza and chicken parmesan. During this time they went through a shift change. We had a new waitress show up at the table to bring us our salads and then waited forever for my husband's Pizza to come out. He inquired about my chicken parmesan and poor Debbie had to inform us that during shift change the other server never bothered to mention that I had ordered chicken parmesan. At this point we had been waiting for a while to even get the pizza so I told them to remove the chicken parmesan from our ticket as his pizza was already at the table and his pizza would have gotten cold before I would get my meal. Debbie apologized profusely about the missing chicken parmesan. I think what upset me the most was the fact that these girls were in such a hurry to get off of their shifts which I completely understand but they were in a hurry to sit down at the bar. What happened to the days of where you would actually write down your customers orders? I just don't understand how this lack of communication happened. I am very disappointed in the service and the original server that helped us out not only were we given the wrong drinks but she didn't even bother to communicate with the person taking over her shift the proper order.
