    I'm a loyal customer for years and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with an order placed on December 22. I ordered a medium pizza for my son for pick up, therefore I did not left any tip on my receipt. I wrote a 0 with a line across and totaled my order of $14.56. Now on Christmas Eve, I received a notification from my credit card flagging a tip of $30.00 left on my order. I was flabbergasted. This has not only changed my view on the untrustworthy customer service but also on the restaurant. It's very frustrating and unsettling that now I need to wait until Monday to resolve this issue because they are closed for the holidays. I do not feel comfortable visiting this restaurant any longer. And it was absolutely my favorite pizza restaurant, I visit it/place orders all the time not minding that I live all the way in Phenix City.

    A really cool pizza place. Great pizza. Has a nice pizza joint vibe. Everyone is nice there. It's one of my all time top 3 favorites anywhere. Easily topped the pizza I got in Como Italy!
