They gave us a time on when it would be done. You’d think a pizza place near Auburn University would be run better!!!!

I ordered a pizza and the crust was extremely thick it tasted like I was eating a loaf of bread. The guy who took my order had a great attitude but whoever the woman is that works there and answers the phone is very rude and dismissive. The location is convenient for carry out. But I wouldn’t trust their delivery if my life depended on it especially if something is wrong with your food no one answers the phone to even attempt to make things right.

It never arrived so why lie and not just tell me ur not bringing what i paid for. And these people expect a tip. Wouldn’t even give me a refund and told me to call back tomorrow. Close the store if you can’t do your job.

Massive wait times, till staff not sure how to operate the Till and employees seem to don’t care about customer service. 30 minutes for a cheese pizza, cancelled and refunded to go elsewhere. Very surprised Dominoes allow this franchise to continue
