- BBBrooke BoydNov 13, 20252.0They have gotten so skimpy with how much food they give you. My daughter and I both got bowls and they barely put any rice or anything else in our bowls. They were half full if that. We paid over $3 for added guacamole and barely got a spoon full. They have gotten so cheap withbthe quantity. Paid $32 for basically nothing. Won't be coming back!

I have waited over an hour and a half to get a burrito, just for it to be cold, and have items missing it. The employees are lethargic and rude. None of them were willing to help. They had attitude, and weren’t responsive to questions. Will never eat here again.

I’ve been multiple times because this is the closest to my house but almost every time the customer service has been extremely poor. The employees never acknowledge you in line or even speak to you. They are not friendly in any way.

Why did I wait 30 minutes in the drive thru line for my food as it sat on a shelf and got cold. I even went inside to see if I could get it from there, but no one looked at me as I stood there and there was already so many people waiting for their food. I’m not even mad at the people who were working, you can’t happily run a chipotle at peak dinner hours off of three people.
