I also ran over a huge pothole, and I think it flattened my tire a little bit never going back through the drive-through ever again and I’m scared of the people inside so I guess I just won’t go.

I’ve never been to a chipotle with this bad of service and they give me attitude. It’s not my fault that you were out of chicken, rice, corn, pico, and sour cream all on the same night seems to me like they just don’t want to cook more food. I want to close early. I would suggest new management as soon as possible. I will not be returning until I hear that these conditions have been improved.
