  I finally found a store; were the Taco Bell employees actually knew how to use the app!! The store had some of the friendliest and most helpful staff that I've ever seen at a Taco Bell; best service I've ever received....

  my chicken quesadilla was completely covered in sause there was barely any cheese and chicken just sause and mind you i can barely afford to get by i was just trying to do something nice for my boyfriend and i literally cannot eat all of that sause it makes me have nausea and gas they also covered the 5 layer burritos in beans there’s no meat or cheese i want my money back now or im gonna post a video about this the cashier at the window was extremely rude turned her back to the window multiple times opened the window just act like she was going to take the card then turned her back and my boyfriends hand was just handing out the window for a good 2 minutes straight while she was joking around with her coworkers and every time she works their the food is messed up her name says chelsea R

  Some of them workers are very rude,went their they forgot something in my order and literally had an attitude with me,like I’m the one who got the order wrong

  Nice and friendly front counter help, but apparently ordering extra meat is hit or miss. Taco was exactly as modified, and the burrito I order with no sour cream and extra taco meat (and paid for) was 95% rice and almost absent of any taco meat. At other Taco bells they normally get it right. The burrito was also not seared on both sides lime they do at other TB stores.

  Avocado ranch chicken stacker, supposed to be with extra chicken. I paid $1.50 for extra chicken and this is sad for a regular stacker let alone me paying for extra meat. There is no sauce on the stacker and my fries are cold cold, like they weren’t under a warmer or anything. SMH this is ridiculous and a waste of my money! I should have went to the taco truck
