  Went through drive through and was asked to pull over to #2. 20 mins later a worker comes out with multiple orders asking everyone what they ordered as she digs through bags of food to see what is in them. At this point there were 6 vehicles waiting! Another 5 mins go by and a worker comes to ask what we ordered so she was giving the itemized receipt which she takes to the window. The vehicle two ahead of us is also still waiting while all other vehicles have got food and left. At 30 mins of waiting, I go inside to see what’s going on. Was told the wrong food was handed out to people and they had to remake food. A few mins later I was handed a bag. Get down the road and only have the order was correct. This place need all new staff or should be shut down!!!!

  I ordered 2 big breakfasts with an extra sausage, and 2 hotcakes and sausage. No extra sausage was in my plates that I ordered them on, and one of the hotcakes and sausage only had 2 pancakes instead of 3. They only gave me enough butter for 1 meal and enough syrup for 2. I had to ask for a drink tray for my 2 hot coffees and my 2 ojs. I would think common sense tells someone that's alot of drinks... The food was good, but I had things missing, and the service lacked common sense. The girl at the 1st window completely ignored me when I was sitting there bc I was a mobile order, but I really wanted a paper receipt.

  Waited 10 minutes for two mcchickens pulled forward and everything for them to be literal rocks. Why pull forward for dried out chicken.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. And i normally don’t do bad reviews or any in general online, but the food was cold we got ignored and waited for 25 minutes. And it wasn’t even busy that’s crazy. But anyways happy thanksgiving.
