I opt for Mac and cheese but it must be made with gold for the quantity/price. Got the steak nuggets which was a big mistake. Driest, toughest, tasteless chunks of shoe sole ever. Personality of staff that day matched the shoe sole. And to think I normally LOVE Arby's.

Well you know what when you tell them you want it and they ask if you want it why should you have to check your bag. She did tell me well I guess next time you will check your bag and slapped the sauce on the counter. I told her she didn’t have to be a smartass. Told her there would not be a next time because I would never come there again. That is the worst Arbys I have ever been in. I will tell everyone my experience there. I will also call the district manager.
- JJJamesOct 5, 20251.0First ordered a chicken wrap light sauce and a Turkey bacon ranch sandwich (Hold the ranch, hold the onions). And three roast beef sandwiches. Got home found my chicken wrap look like a soup sandwich. I did not look at the turkey bacon ranch that was my wife's so I turned around to go get my wrap replaced they did replace the wrap when I got home, my wife showed me her sandwich. It had onions on the Turkey sandwich and no Turkey. I'm through with these fast food junk stores.
