  I’m not sure what has changed but I’m glad it did!! My last two visits the employees were so pleasant, actually smiled, and the food was hot and fresh!

  I have been through their drive thru probably 8 or so times. And every time they have been extremely polite. Sometimes people don’t realize how far that goes. The food has always been the same Arby’s standard as anywhere. But honestly the best Arby’s I’ve seen in years is here in Atmore

  Too little for too much could sum it up. I needed some meat and potatoes or vegetables. No longer have crinkle fries so no potatoes for me. I opt for Mac and cheese but it must be made with gold for the quantity/price. Got the steak nuggets which was a big mistake. Driest, toughest, tasteless chunks of shoe sole ever. Personality of staff that day matched the shoe sole. And to think I normally LOVE Arby's.

  Went to get roast beef sandwiches ask for the sauce and got none. Drove 20 minutes back up there and the rude lady Tammy told me I should have checked my bag. Well you know what when you tell them you want it and they ask if you want it why should you have to check your bag. She did tell me well I guess next time you will check your bag and slapped the sauce on the counter. I told her she didn’t have to be a smartass. Told her there would not be a next time because I would never come there again. That is the worst Arbys I have ever been in. I will tell everyone my experience there. I will also call the district manager.
