  I’ve given this Panera location multiple chances, but unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff often come across as unmotivated and unfriendly, which makes the overall atmosphere feel unwelcoming. It frequently seems like they’re disorganized or simply not paying attention to customers. Another recurring issue is that they are constantly out of basic menu items or ingredients. It’s frustrating to order something only to be told they don’t have what’s needed to make it. One of the biggest letdowns was the avocado toast. It barely had any avocado spread on it, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering it. For the price you pay, you expect a certain level of quality and consistency, and this location just doesn’t deliver. Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone. There are definitely better options out there where you’ll get better service and value for your money.

  How long is it supposed to take to get two bowls of soup? I almost left because they took so long, would not go here again.

  How does the card machine work inside but not for the drive through? That tells me the workers are too lazy to walk over and use a different register. Do better Panera!

  Recipes are very inconsistent. They’re always out of main ingredients, especially breads, The window staff is hit or miss- they are either very kind or borderline rude. Wait times, regardless if I’m the only car in line or multiple cars in line, are always excessively long. I typically can’t order on the app because it will say the store is out of an ingredient but sometimes they actually have it when I order it at the window. The smoothies on a good day are my favorite but every other visit it taste different and often times it’s not blended and still have huge pieces of ice and too thick to drink from the straw. The inside is always spotless and clean and there are two/three workers that have been very pleasant to walk/drive up to. The food is always fresh. I love the BC soup. It could use some improvement but not a bad place to dine by any means. I just don’t want this inconsistent service to lose so many customers that one day the closest Panera to me is 25 min away.
