We sat in the lobby waiting for our food. After almost everyone else had been served, a lady came in and asked if they had her order. Instead of the guy talking to her, he told her that they were working on my order and that they get customers who come in immediately after placing an order expecting it to be ready, which apparently frustrates them. I was furious and couldn’t believe he was saying that. I didn’t say anything or do anything to provoke him, but I was so angry that I just walked out the door without my drink. 1st time at this Taco Bell and probably the last 👍🏻

Mexican pizzas gave myself and my child food poisoning that ended us in the hospital getting IV fluids— called & told the “manager” and she said “okay.” Didn’t ask what we had, what day & time it was ordered or any important details to be able to pinpoint the issue. Reported to the local Health Department!
