  I don't go to fast food very often anymore, but when I do, it's likely to be here. I absolutely love my chicken quesadilla!

  Heather W. I am not sure why she feels the need to talk like she is not at work. Maybe some training need to be redone when addressing customers instead of saying “I heard you” aggressively you can just say “yes ma’am” another thing if you don’t hear what the customer said then you said “excuse me” not look back like I am dumb. Also is there a shortage on napkins? We asked for Napkins because there was not any in the bag and she stopped and said “did I not put in the bag?” Very matter of fact. Respectfully I don’t think we would have asked if there was. This type of attitude is very hard to be comfortable with as customers. I get that it’s late at night and maybe you are tired but I tried to be respectful and I don’t think I deserved that attitude.

  I’ve visited this location a few times. Each time the same guy in the drive thru and always rude. Don’t smile. Don’t greet you. Ask for napkins he show madness on his face. My receipt. Says his name is Robert. Do better. I am a paying customer that should be appreciated more than that.

  I gotta say this was 1 of the worst fast food experiences I've had as far as service goes. My daughter ordered our food online & I had her send it to this Taco Bell due to everytime we order from the other Taco Bell, our food is never right or something is missing from the order. We thought we'd see if this one was any better. Well...no such luck. 1st we pulled in at 8:11pm. The drive thru had 1 at the speaker & 1 behind them. We moved up 1 spot kinda quick. It went to crap from there on. We sat there 10 minutes b4 we got to the speaker. Normally, at this point, I would've left if it hadn't already been paid for. They finally answered the speaker we told them we had an online order. They said to pull around. We finally make it to the window & let me tell ya, 1st let me say that there's certain jobs for certain people. The guy at this window, working the register & handing people their food, was not the person for that kind of job. He was a rather large fellow that was setting on his tale. He probably had to set by the look of him. We sat at that window a good 5 minutes or better. This guy didn't move hardly an inch! Then to top it all off, when he handed the bag of food out the window, he barely got it to us without it dumping it everywhere cause he wouldn't hardly move. He barely even turned toward us, much less raise up outta that chair, even an inch! My opinion, this isn't the kind of job for someone with those kind of issues. He would do better as a Walmart greeter or something where setting is more job appropriate. A fast food drive thru is not that! Come on management, you can pick someone more appropriate. Anyways, we finally pulled away at 8:31pm, 20 minutes later for an online order that u pickup at the drive thru. The ONLY positive thing about the experience was at least the food was all made right & good. Service on the other hand, needs some help for sure.

  ABSOLUTE FILTH. Every table in the lobby was dirty - the whole place from trashed head to toe. Severely understaffed and long wait, and when we received our food we essentially were scammed because they did half portions on everything. AVOID AT ALL COST. Management should be fired, owners should be ashamed.
