- CHChris Higgins5 days ago3.0Long line at drive through no one inside so inside I went ordered a frappe at the kiosk while paying for it at the register I decided to add fries got the fries quickly and they were blan no salt no flavor! I stood there eating these tasteless fries and couldn't get anyone's attention to get me salt ! I was almost finished by the time I made someone acknowledge my existence and give me salt stood there eating the remainder of my fries and two other people came in placed their order and received their food and I was still waiting for my frappe!! The cashier walked by and I asked her if anyone was making my frappe and she turned towards me with this smirk on her face and kinda gave me a half nod as to say yes but she was saying a whole lot more than that with her attitude and the look in her face!!! Like how dare I ask if anyone was making my drink I had only been standing there waiting for 15/29 minutes! I should have stuck to the drive threw

One of the managers started screaming at a random customer for wanting a drink cup. I stood and waited for 30 minutes for a medium lemonade. The service has gotten completely out of hand, and I am very disappointed. I will not be returning.
