- NBNina BrownNov 4, 20253.0ordered an iced coffee with cold foam (which is extra), had to ask for that again. instead of making me a fresh one, poured out some of the coffee to make room for it, and half of it was on the lid (from not using the correct one). to finish off, the girl at the window was very rude (rolled her eyes) when I asked her to fix it to what I ordered. If you can’t communicate and/or have good customer service skills with the public, don’t work in retail!
