Fast forward to today: I ordered my drink online, and 5 minutes later, I walked in to find an employee on the phone behind the counter, who held up a finger to tell me to wait on her call. 12 minutes later, this employee starts making my drink while still on the phone. She said her name was Tatiana when I asked, since she wasn't wearing her name tag. I definitely won't be back, even though they finally started carrying matcha again. I waited 12 minutes for a drink I ordered ahead of time in an empty store, where the only employee was on her phone scheduling some sort of appointment or interview. Severely unprofessional behavior on staff's part.
