I used their website to look up the menu and call an order in, as that's the only option besides in restaurant dining. The prices on the website did not match what I was charged for. Then, I wasn't told that half of the side options on the website are "premium" and therefore, I was being upcharged over the phone. The bill I received and what I expected was $10 over after being charged for using a card. ( another transparency issue) While I don't mind paying a little more to support a local business have a nice meal, I can't help but feel a bit jaded about the lack of transparency.
