  Chipotle keeps completely screwing up my orders. Multiple times they’ve left out items I specifically asked for — mind you these are not difficult items to create, nor remember. I order the bare minimum on burritos and a bag of chips. It must be way too difficult to comprehend. Such a simple task, yet they continue to deliver nothing but pure mediocrity and carelessness. Do better.

  The guys/gals working today around noon were great! Smiles, speedy and just set the tone! I had a pick up order and they hustled. Great job!

  Normally, the food is what you’d expect at a fast food burrito place, however, the last two times my order has been wrong. The first time I was given the wrong order entirely though the label on the lid was correct. The most recent time they forgot the steak…for a steak burrito bowl. Seriously? I know everyone has bad days or forgets things, but this has been twice in a row. And of course I found the errors after I got home; I was too annoyed to go back. Guess I’ll just go to the next town over next time I want Chipotle.

  I was in your establishment was fixing to order food and then all of a sudden a yelling match and sued between a young man and a lady on the front line in the old man’s defense he did absolutely nothing wrong. The lady working on the front line is completely unprofessional wanted to yell and I mean yell at the top of her lungs at this individual that is not a good work environment. It is not a good eating environment and it is not at all a professional environment. The lady on the front line needs to be terminated and I don’t care if she’s a worker a manager or anybody nobody deserves right to be talked to in that manner.
