We were mising food, all of our sauces, and straws. We alerted an employee, and instead of grabbing what was missing (and paid for), we had to wrap all the way around the building again in line.

Service was still fine as usual, however we ordered 2 small ice cream cups and they barely covered the bottom of the cup. It literally was only 3 spoons of ice cream. Come on Chick-fil-A, you are better than this!
