    Ordered 30$ worth of food and only got 1 sandwich and fries when we got home. The phone is unhooked and called corporate and now we have to wait for an update 5-7 days for our money back. This place is horrible!

    Arby's is available in polite, quick service. Yes, they are busy and that's because the food on the menu explains it. I place my order and when I get to the window.It's done.

    Ordrer the $7 box in the drive- thtu. I asked for Arby's sauce, the red kind. I was told it was in the box. Got home, I have horsey sauce, that is disgusting to me. I tried calling the store, they aren't accepting calls. Very RUDE INTERACTION ALL THE WAY AROUND!

    Java was very very rude during our interaction. Was cut off at the speaker before telling her I needed to pick up my order then meet with a extremely over it attitude when I proceeded to the window it was no better. the au jus sauce is not on the app to order and she rudely told me to add it to my order next time when I asked for it. Very disappointed not my first bad experience but wanted to give it another chance. Never again
