  Was nice a chicken biscuit with hash browns the best I have had in a while was cleaning and very nice greeting from a gentleman in arrival was nice 👍

  Say in line for 30 minutes for a double cheeseburger, French fries and cookies. Of course I had to pull up. After waiting 10 minutes I called and was assured it was coming out soon. I asked if they would give me fresh fries and a sandwich when the cookies were done. The manager stated they were in the bag under the heat lamp. Another 10 minutes goes by and I asked the young man that was bringing out the food if he knew the status of my order. He stated they just put the cookies in a few minutes ago that they were still in the oven. Once again he assured me that my fries and sandwich would be hot. Another 5 minutes goes by before I got my food and the fries were cold. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes to get fresh fries and still a cold burger.

  👉 So Fresh the Fries Had to Cool Down First 🔥 I stopped by the McDonald’s on Brindlee Mountain in Arab, Alabama yesterday, and I was honestly impressed with the overall experience. I tried their new Big Arch burger, and it did not disappoint. The burger was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor—definitely one of the better McDonald’s burgers I’ve had in a while. You could tell it was made right and served at the perfect temperature. The fries were exactly how you want them—hot, crispy, and fresh out of the fryer. That alone makes a huge difference, and they got it right. I also grabbed a Coke, and it was cold, crisp, and strong (just the way I like it). McDonald’s drinks can be hit or miss depending on the location, but this one was spot on. Overall, this location delivered on all the basics—fresh food, hot fries, and great drinks. I’ll definitely be back.

  Every time we go to this mcdonalds to get a shake of any kind....their machine is always broke!!!! Last year same thing!!! You can't advertise speciality shakes and have a broke machine for a year!! Your losing money!!! Oh well....there are others!!!!

  Took a drive to Arab to thrift shop at a Pickers store and grabbed some breakfast at McDonald's. I had to add an extra special review for the McDonalds in Arab, AL!! From the second we walked in the door we were greeted by a smiling gentleman dressed very nicely. The restaurant was very clean as well as the restroom. The young woman at the counter was also very friendly and helpful, smiling the whole time. We were greeted with a smile and left getting a smile on the way out. The service alone at this location is well worth the visit. You don't see that much anymore unfortunately but they know how to provide it. Family atmosphere, regular customers sharing stories in the corner...what a nice visit. Thank you to the gentleman who greeted us at the door...who was apparently the owner. Hope to see you in Odenville!! Thanks for a top notch visit.
