  Every time we go to this mcdonalds to get a shake of any kind....their machine is always broke!!!! Last year same thing!!! You can't advertise speciality shakes and have a broke machine for a year!! Your losing money!!! Oh well....there are others!!!!

  Took a drive to Arab to thrift shop at a Pickers store and grabbed some breakfast at McDonald's. I had to add an extra special review for the McDonalds in Arab, AL!! From the second we walked in the door we were greeted by a smiling gentleman dressed very nicely. The restaurant was very clean as well as the restroom. The young woman at the counter was also very friendly and helpful, smiling the whole time. We were greeted with a smile and left getting a smile on the way out. The service alone at this location is well worth the visit. You don't see that much anymore unfortunately but they know how to provide it. Family atmosphere, regular customers sharing stories in the corner...what a nice visit. Thank you to the gentleman who greeted us at the door...who was apparently the owner. Hope to see you in Odenville!! Thanks for a top notch visit.

  I just went to the drive thru and no one else was in either drive thru line. (In fact hardly anyone was there at all!) The person talking on the speaker said something we couldn’t understand so I started telling him my order and he said “I SAID HOLD ON!” And then 2 cars pull in the 2nd drive thru line and BOTH had their order taken while we were still waiting! Then I said “I’m ready to tell you my order” and he said “I’M DOING SOMETHING, I’LL GET IT IN A MINUTE!” What the heck?!! So I go in and the kid that gave me attitude looks at me and I tell him “I don’t want you, I want a manager”. The “manager” comes over and I tell them what happened and she looked liked she could care less! She said she had 2 people taking orders and asked how she could help me after I told her what happened!? I told her it was his attitude that needs dealing with and she said she’ll “handle him” and asked if I placed an order and I said no because he’s going to spit in my food now! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Employees are so rude!

  The night management "2 ladies" is the absolute WORST,crazy rude,they need to take a class on how to actually atleast smile,and be nice and not talk or make fun about customers in drive-thru,I've been inside when a door dasher comes in for an order,cause they didn't go through drive-thru,saying your not supposed to be coming in here,your supposed be in drive-thru yelling down at the other end saying "there inside now,now you gotta move the order,like being mad about it,THEY NEED VALIUM!!!

  Staff isn't friendly at all and they like to stand around and talk bad about customers (have seen and heard it MANY times). The fries are rarely fresh.
