    Ordered online went and picked up food in drive thru. They left out the auju sauce for both of my sandwiches. The sauce is apart of the meal. I live 30 minutes away from this location.

    My wife and I have been in the food industry for more than a decade now, we understand customer service and how situations and attitudes can be. We made an online order and I arrived around 530, with no cars in the parking lot and one person ahead of me in the drive through. I was told to pull around to the window to pick up my order, was very rudely rushed with drinks and bags once I came to the window. There was no smile or greeting from the young woman, no dialog at all. I went to say thank you and ask for extra sauces when the window was slammed in my face as I watched her turn away. I understand in certain circumstances within being busy or even being distracted, but this was an unacceptable way to act with customers. Do not put people in the window if they cannot interact with customers in a pleasant manner. I should not be leaving an establishment that I gave my money to to feed my family feeling rushed and disrespected. While the food was acceptable and somewhat decent for fast food, we will not be ordering anything from for awhile.

    Italian sub was tasty and different flavors than I have experienced at other sub shops. Of coarse the sub looked nothing like the one in the ad on tv but they never do. Curly fries were hot and my diet Dr. Pepper was better than most other fast food places.

    I placed my order through drive thru and they asked me to pull up since I work fast food I callus understand but I waited pulled up for around 15 minutes and I am not mad about the wait I am mad that after the wait my food was cold and my buffalo chicken slider was all sauce
