  Unfortunately, everytime I give this particular Sonic a try, it’s so disappointing. They never get the drink orders correct, and they always taste terrible. The service is extremely slow. I’ve ordered a strawberry limeade about three times in one year. Everytime it taste like syrup. I asked them to fix it, and it still tastes completely different than it’s supposed to. My kids like to get slushies, but this location gets them wrong everytime. The just put whatever flavor in the cup instead of what we order and pay for. The sonic in Jacksonville is the best by far! If you really want a great sonic experience it’s worth driving to. Stay away from this greenbriar location.

  Carissa truly went above and beyond for us. She surprised our Chihuahuas with pup cups—something we’ve never received at Sonic before—and it meant so much to our family. Her kindness didn’t stop there; she wished us a blessed night, and you could genuinely tell she works with a purpose to make a difference. Her sweet acknowledgment of our babies meant the world to us. We only stopped by for drinks, but thanks to Carissa, it turned into a really special experience.

  This place is awful. It takes too long to just get a drink that has been happening for weeks. Then ordered tonight. Got all the wrong food. Didn't get right drink. They didn't even make my food. They had no idea of what my order was which was weird because they took my money. They brought back food that I didnt even order. I just took it because I didnt feel like waiting. The food they gave me was all old and gross. This restaurant needs management to do their job. Added my picture of this old smash burger....which i ordered a sonic cheese burger....this smash burger is so old I can't even eat it. Everyone should def complain. We need to stop letting them give us bare minimum and bad food.
