  My kid eats sonic everyday. But this is the SLOWEST sonic I have ever been to. My order was 15.25 and I handed the girl a 20 and she asked if I wanted to change after waiting over 15 minutes for my food.

  Customer service was good but food tasted like it was yesterday food and been sitting out all night. When I moved to Anniston 4 years ago it was great but recently has been going downhill rapidly. Hopefully management cares enough to get ahold of this and turn it back around

  Worst service ever how is the Owner staying open. I left this location in went to Hwy431 n received excellent service

  sometime last year Sonic changed their French fries. there are no longer French fries they are hollow shells with no potato inside. they look horrible they look like they are old fries that's been refried in old oil.
